When you get a mould inspection from RGC Inspections we only send out certified and trained mold inspectors so that you can feel confident in the job being done right the first time.
Every Sample that we collect is sent off to a lab so that it can be independently verified whether it is a high, medium, or low risk strain of mold.
If you think that you have mould (mold), it is always best to get the area of concern checked as soon as possible by a professional mold inspection company so that you can have peace of mind about the safety of your family.
At RGC Inspections our certified mould inspectors check for signs of mold in the area you are concerned about in 2 ways:
– A visual observation to detect any moisture intrusion.
– Sample testing which provides an analysis of the spores through a 3rd party lab.
This is to determine whether you actually have mould growing in your home, and if there is mould, what kind of mould is growing.
Once the area has been tested and verified by the independent lab to determine the level of risk that the mold poses, then a recommendation will be made on whether you need to call a mold removal company or not.
The report will be delivered to you in 3 business days and it will include the analysis that was performed by the lab.
In most situations the most important thing is that the environment that your family is living in is free of any potential hazards.
