Highly recommended inspector! Nick did a fantastic job. Used his company to do an inspection on a home I put an offer on. The report provided was very thorough, detailed and showed the overall health of the home. Showed some issues that I would have never noticed and I am very happy that it was brought to my attention. As an engineer, I can certify that the inspection completed was done to a standard that would be expected of an engineer if not better. I also appreciate the follow up phone call from Nick. He wanted to ensure that I understood everything in his report and he was ready and willing to explain anything. Thanks a ton!
