Are you looking to become a home inspector in Edmonton?
At RGC Inspections we are here to help you complete your training through InterNACHI with Proctoring Services and Mock Inspections.
Before your Alberta Exams and Mock Inspections, you will need to complete your Online Training through InterNACHI. The course is 202 hours of online training consisting of 27 modules. This training should be completed within 2 months to ensure that the learned knowledge is fresh in your memory for your exams and mock inspection.
Once you have completed all the required courses you will need to write two final exams which have been approved by Service Alberta under supervision of a PROCTOR. Each exam is 250 questions and you will have 2 ½ hours to write each exam.
*The minimum passing grade is 80%.
After successfully passing the exam you will need to perform a supervised Mock Inspection according to the Standards of Practice. After you perform the on-site inspection you will need to submit an inspection report within 12 hours after the inspection.
When you come to RGC Inspections to get your exams completed, you are given a clean and quiet workspace so that you can take your exams in peace. No disturbances from outside sources that will throw off your concentration.
Do you focus better with a cup of coffee that you can sip on as time goes by? When you write your exams here the coffee is always fresh and free, you can also take one to go to your mock inspection on your inspection date.
We provide you with the computer that is necessary to take your test online. This is provided to you at no extra cost so that you can leave your laptop safe at home.
After your exams are completed we will print off your certificates so that you can provide them to Service Alberta when you get licensed.
